Volunteer Opportunity: Release the Trees June 9, 2022

Join Black Swamp Conservancy for this land stewardship volunteer opportunity as we remove tree tubes from an established planting on a restoration site located at Forrest Woods Nature Preserve.
We’ll be working on Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Please register below to join us.
Please bring work gloves and scissors, pruning shears, or a similar tool that will safely slice the plastic tubes without damaging the trees. Since we hope for a sunny day, also bring along a hat, sunscreen, bug spray, and plenty of water!
Forrest Woods Nature Preserve North Parking Lot is located at 17750 C-73, Cecil OH 45821. We will meet at here at 5:00 PM. Please arrive at the designated start time to sign in.
