Our seasonal field crew plays a vital role in caring for Conservancy preserves, working alongside staff to complete hands-on restoration and stewardship projects. From managing invasive species and maintaining trails to planting native habitats and monitoring wildlife, crew members gain real-world experience while helping protect and restore the region’s natural landscapes. Through this work, they develop practical skills and a deeper understanding of stewardship as an ongoing, long-term commitment.
